Our school moves to Arambol ,north Goa in the winter .Arambol is a beach village 50 kms from the capital of Goa ,Panaji .Goa beaches are international tourist spots offering us sunshine,sea life ,sports -water games ,music and celebrations .Yoga practice in the nature filled and sun kissed Goan golden beaches can be the most amazing and wonderful experience in one’s life .

Jyothir yoga teacher training school is registered with yoga alliance US from 2014 . Our teacher training program keeps your eyes ,ears and hands enthralled throughout the course with enlightening subjects and enchanting yoga practices .
The curriculum is so beautifully designed that in the first phase the students are introduced to the amazing & incredible practices of yoga ; trainees as kids with awe and curiosity imbibe yoga knowledge and expand it through discipline and self practice.
The next phase focuses on the finer and subtle aspects of yoga techniques and teachings ; students with commitment and determination march ahead to absorb the intricacies and depths of wisdom.
In the final phase ,the trainees will apprentice with self study and passion to create inspiring classes and present them before the class in happy , natural and spontaneous ways .
